The Bad Dog Tavern is located at the bottom of the shire between the Wyldwood Theatre and the Dunke Pond, and offers adult Festivalgoers a place to sit down and enjoy table service pub-grub and some of the finer ales available at the Faire.
You never know who may drop by the Bad Dog, roving musicians, entertainers, and occasionally, Royalty have been known to make an appearance and sing a song or two. Children are discouraged at this “bawdy basket” location, and although they won’t be turned away, it isthe one location in the shire reserved for adults.
